If I could rate a million stars I definetly would !!!! This company is under NEW MANAGEMENT ! And when I say it’s some of the best management I’ve ever seen in my life it is not exaggerated! Kathy Maria and Jeremy did EVERYTHING ! And I mean EVERYTHING ! To make this one of the most amazing living experiences in my entire life ! Every single one of them puts their best foot forward and do everything they can to make everything right ! They put me and my family in a so much better position to live ! IF YOU ARENT RENTING OT RENTING TO OWN THROUGH THIS COMPSNY … YOU SHOULD !!! Amazing service , as well as the energy and the care they have for their tenants ! Me and my girls love it here !!!!!

I literally did not think id have to make this review. I read all reviews before applying to eliminate nonsense. i asked many questions to make things make sense. I apply for a home. i make $15 an hr. then I add an award letter to my income hoping it would help. before doing so i asked would that possibly help. TAMMY SAID YES. so i sent it in.. then they said they needed paystubs from my last job. all of a sudden im denied because i dont make enough and she said they cant use award letter because its not an income yet.. If an award letter wouldnt have worked why even say its ok to send it’. her excuse was “well we need to see it” for what? to see what ill be making? when you already said it wouldnt work towards income anyway. hmmm? she kinda almost acted like I was denied for the wrong reasons when i just didnt make enough. instead of saying get some income going andcome reapply. she says “good luck finding a home” LMAO. PLEASE as a property manager your suppose to make them feel like youve done all you could. Not non chalant like their just another human looking a house. even if I was able to get the home. I would have passed. customer service goes a long way. and your skills are 0/10!!!!! luckily i recorded the call. SMH!!

Your human just like potential tenants. Humble yourself. The God i serve dont play about me!!

What can I say? I'm not happy at all with this company! I'm not sure it is their fault, but they sure don't make things easier. I get messages that I'm late on my rent, but send a screenshot of it being EARLY and get asked who I sent it to) YOUR CLIENT!!!! If you do not even know who your client is, that is sad. I have a lease with an individual. I have stated if they wish to alter the lease, let's redo it. Until I see someone else to pay, I'm ONLY sending rent to who I'm legally bound to send it to. I'm not getting scammed. There are issues with this house that go unresolved. I had to call the City Code Enforcement who came out and died 17 different items that are safety issues. The health department will be out next week for the mold. I will not be thwarted by this company or harassed further.

These sleazeballs are trying to charge me a $245 carpet cleaning fee on carpet that was old and dark maroon and not cleaned before I moved in 5 years ago. The carpet was never updated in the time that I lived there. I cleaned the carpet regularly with my personal carpet shampooer, so I know the carpet is in better shape than when I moved in. I have the pictures. They also told me they weren't renewing my lease because the homeowner was selling to a "cash for homes" person. So did they lie about that too?

These people are inexperienced sleazeballs and it shows. The city fined them for having a falling down garage in the backyard they refuses to tear down and also for having paint chipping off the house and also for the steel fence posts from the fence that were just in the yard with no fence. So they hired a company to come put siding on the house and it took them a month. To side a 1200 sq ft house it took a month. I would regularly catch the workers lounging in my lawn furniture when they were supposed to be working. Building code enforcement busted them for not getting a permit to do the job.

Don't rent from these people they will try to rip you off.

Kathy is the very best you can find in a property manager. She is very easily reached and very responsive. She is closer to being your partner. She is energetic, and works efficiently and with great energy to make sure my rentals are ready and filled with qualified renters on a very short period of time. I am grateful for Kathy’s expertise and tireless efforts to maintain and look after my properties.

Over all, seemingly careless and dismissive as a company agent of Reliable Property Group. Two day long conversation only to be met with this. Agent needed prompting just to get response.

If I am reading these correctly the income level does not meet our requirements. We require the come be 3 times the rent amount after all deductions. Good luck with your search.

I dont understand how we dont meet the income requirements of a 675$ place? last month alone we pulled in ----- between the two of us and $675 x 3 comes out to $2025. even with bills and taxes being taken, we meet the requirements for anything under $675
are we being turned away because your group doesn't work with private contractors?
we've held these jobs for well over a steady 8 years. and these are the actual check stubs

RPG Agent:
No we are not approving you based on your income. The information you sent is not the figures you are stating.

You sent:
then you are not reading these properly. you received four emails from the two of us, totaling a full months worth of earnings- we are married. everything is combined each month. the figures i am quoting are correct, if you have a calculator.
There must be another reason you are denying us.

RPG Agent:
Now I see. I had to click on a button that gave me the rest of the check stub. And you said that this was remote work correct?

You sent:
Yes. As I said earlier, our work travels well, we require very little to work, we get paid semi-weekly, and our job title is US Call Navigation Agent... You didn't look at the full email before denying us? With all due respect, due to the fact that you were not willing to put in the effort to figure things out with us and were ready to pass over us due to an error on your fault with just a glance over half an email, we aren't entirely comfortable with the idea of having your company as our landlord. Best of luck with future applicants/tenants.

They denied me for having evictions even though I was told prior to filling the application that if my evictions was past the 3 year period that wouldn’t prevent me from renting with them. THEY LIED! And I was so upset because after filling the application out online I was running late for work to rush up there to drop that application fee off because their system isn’t updated enough to pay it online. Went through so much trouble just to be DENIED how discouraging. maybe they should explain in great detail to potential renters that having more than 1 evictions could get you denied instead of telling them if it’s been more than 3 years it will be fine because that’s EXACTLY what was said to me.Hell I could have kept my 25 dollars and spent it elsewhere!
