I’ve been a policy holder for a few years now, after my auto policy rates have been consistently increasing each renewal period for no reason and no explanation why, I decided to cancel my policy and go with another company. When it was time to ensure that I would not be getting billed at my renewal period I had sent two emails to Kurtis and left a voicemail at the office, all with no response. I was simply requesting them to contact me back to let me know my policy would in fact be getting cancelled and not auto-renewed. The lack of professionalism speaks volumes; glad to be taking my business elsewhere.

Kurtis does make sure I have best rates available every year ....so I thought when my policies were up for renewal and the premiums were higher, I emailed Kurt ..No answer...I called office and left messages. Receptionist called me back. I called right back no answer. Will be in the market for insurance .

Kurt is first class! He is genuinely concerned for your well being rather than dollar signs! I didn’t know him whatsoever and after I left his office I felt like I’ve known him for years! He didn’t try to pressure or up sale me on anything. He put me in a policy that had my best interest at hand! My only regret is I wish I would have found him sooner! Best Rates and service you will find this side of the Mississippi!!!

I had a claim that took to long to be resolved. Because of the estimate battle. The wreck was 6/6/22. I had to return my rental so I have no transportation. My mother is 93. I just had major surgery. I never received a call from you sir after everything I have been through. I have been with you company for over 30 years. I had to do all the work. I should have not had to do anything. I was on the phone every day calling.and I was passed around and the only one that helped was Jessica. This was the worst service I have ever been through. I had a wreck in Florida and I didn't have to do anything. This was a nightmare. I know you were aware of everything I know Jessica told you . I would have liked for you to help me since your my agent you could out of courtesy to call
me back. I pay you every. Month I will try to find a different company when this is over.
