We personally worked with Karen to get into our home. She was very informative and prompt to get information she didnt know off the top of her head. She helped us get our credit in a much better place and was patient with us while explaining all the small details of a credit score. She treated my husband and I like we were real people and not another number, even reassured me while i was over whelmed late at night.
