I do not like the service at American family insurance. The owner Athena is very rude with a nasty attitude. Athena is very unprofessional, she didn’t understand what I was asking her. after repeating myself several times. I came in for a quote. And things went left today after a personal call she had. I came in a little before before Cassandra Mosby left out so this isn’t a fake review. This location In Hammond needs to be shut down.
