We have had Region as our insurance broker for about 2ish years now.

We utilize progressive through them and had an accident at one point. Using the progressive customer service line left our account in shambles with over $1000 in fees and charges we weren’t liable for, we called our agent through Region and not only was she able to handle the issue smoothly for us but we actually ended up getting more off our monthly payment.

For that day on we only deal with Region if we have any issues with our car insurance and will use them in the future for any other insurance needs we may have.
