Nicole is the site manager. She is welcoming and makes sure problems are communicated and solved. The office has seasonal decorations 🙂 Juan is the maintenance supervisor. Cris is maintenance staff. As an older single woman, I feel very comfortable when they come to make repairs or came to answer questions about anything related to maintaining and understanding how things work. They have been quick to explain and solve problems. They clean up after repairs. My neighbors are friendly but not nosey. I trust my neighbors. Sounds and smells may travel between apartments depending on lifestyles. Overall, it is worth taking a look if you are considering moving to NW Indiana

I just want to say that staying here has been nothing but a pleasure. Nicole has been an awesome property manger. Maintenance was always readily available. The neighborhood was quiet. We never had any problems and we felt safe. My fiancé and I lived here for 4 yrs before making the decision to move only due to needing a bigger space. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a nice quiet place to live just mins for 80/94. The location is close by every store you can possibly need. The townhouse also has a gym with a nice amount of equipment to use.Thank you to Nicole again for making our stay here a pleasant one.

I will miss Nicole the most. Nicole was very helpful and empathetic when I needed a ear, she's just a good person, she knowledgeable and make sure maintenance is done in a timely manner. Maintenance comes when they say they're coming and get the jobs done efficiently. I will also miss my neighbors. Guys this is a great/ safe place to live especially if you have children/ grandchildren. Keep up the good work.

Hi, I'm currently a resident of Boulevard North Townhomes and it'll be 10 years the end of June 2024 that I've been here.
I'm happy with my townhome but there are a few concerns with one being the parking issue in the snow and over the weekends. It's overly crowded during those times from units having more than one vehicle that's not running. Nicole has sent out messages about it.
Overall I love being here. It's a great location and by every thing you may want and need. Whenever I have an issue I can go talk to Nicole. Nicole is very nice and gets things done in a timely manner. The maintenance crew is also very nice and they quickly take care of what is needed as well.

I’ve lived here over 5 years and absolutely NO ISSUES! Very clean, quiet, upkept working class community. The management team is awesome. Anytime I’ve needed anything they get right on it. Nicole who’s the property manager is super helpful. I recommend this place for someone who is apart of the working class and enjoy peace. Hope this helps!

I was falsely reported once for using a hammer at midnight. I wasn’t even home at that hour. Furthermore, I did hang photos in my place during the DAY.
📌The walls are thin . Expect to hear your neighbor’s tv, personal conversations & even smell your neighbors food.
*Some people may find this annoying but, I understand I have neighbors & I don’t necessarily live alone because, I’m right in the middle of two other townhomes . So, I share two walls. I expect to hear life on the other side.
📌 The kitchen has ONE outlet . So, I’m constantly unplugging things to use something else. I don’t like that. There’s not enough counter space to leave the toaster, microwave , coffee maker , electric can opener & so forth on the counter. I have to pick what’s most important; my coffee maker & I put the rest of it in the cabinets .

📌 I have a king size bed . Unfortunately, my bed frame is too big & will not fit up the stairs to make it to my room. So, it’s an eye sore laying against the wall in my dining room. I haven’t attempted to haul it down to the basement yet but my friend speculates that it’s too tall of a frame to even go down the stairs.

Other than that, there’s nothing like having your own & being happy 😊

Great Lease manager, Nicole . Manna very helpful very respectful and professional. Always checking on us tenant. for me that is really nice that they care. Townhome is very spacious very nice. Great family oriented place. I love my privacy there! and I love it was close to the expressway!!

I have been a resident a little over ten years now and truly enjoy the peace within the community. The property manager Nicole is very professional and helpful. She is always available to answer questions in a timely manner. The maintenance department is very dependable and professional. I am grateful to call Boulevard North my home .
