This review is from a condo association board member's perspective. Our community manager Tina Muhs and her predecessor Darla have been responsive, diligent, and easy to work with. Communication is great, and the board has direct access to her without gatekeepers. The company offers a variety of backing services such as maintenance and insurance. The local office has people to cover for her when she is out of the office, though timeliness occasionally slips a notch on those occasions. Overall very satisfied with the relationship.
