I’ve lived in a condo downtown for two years and sadly need to move. The First Residential team who manages the building couldn’t be more customer service focused, attentive, and pleasant.

Of note, Jacqueline C, a property manager at the building, is always helpful and kind. I remember when I first moved in as a new resident of Chicago. She went out of her way to welcome me and give me all of the information I needed after lease signing. Moving is very stressful and she was available to answer any questions I had and to put me at ease.

The employees at the front desk and building engineers are also very focused on the residents.

I have lived here for a little over a year now, and with this being my first home away from home I was definitely nervous to say the least. I can honestly say that this FirstService Residential building was the best place that I could have possibly landed. The staff and associates (Jodi Middleton & Ethan Dyckman) are extremely kind and will do anything and everything to make the experience here the best that it possibly can be which made this transition much easier. Jenn McFarlane at 1212 Lake Shore is one of the best managers I've come across over 20 years in real estate. She is efficient and communicative. After a year of being a resident with FirstService Residential, I am beyond pleased with the help and quality of service from Jodi Middleton & Ethan Dyckman. They are both always available to help with my requests and more importantly- they create a positive atmosphere. As a home-owner in this building and a broker, the personality and service from property management can really make or break the experience or even the atmosphere of a building. I always felt taken care of by this team and would highly recommend living in 6301 N. Sheridan or using First Residential as a management service. Thank you!

Matthew assured that our move was seamless. He made sure that we were aware of all building amenities and their use. We did extensive renovation following our purchase.
