We hired Harland Property Management to manage one of our apartment buildings two years ago. The property was vacant due to a major renovation. We were impressed with how quickly they have filled the units. The communication has been excellent, screening of tenants superb and they have worked efficiently through all the end of construction details and issues. Our building is always full and they have taken meticulous care of it from a maintenance standpoint.

Devon and Vina have been wonderful to work with and are always willing to answer questions and address any concerns. Kayvon is professional, knows all the rental laws and what is required to manage the building effectively.

We have been really impressed with Harland Property Management and feel the fees are fair and love that they don’t add on extra for repairs and maintenance like so many other management companies we have used. Repair prices are extremely competitive and not excessive.
