If anyone wants to view a property they have in valley station on Cummings rd next to fairdale that’s listed as available NOW do not show up it’s not available until end of April of next year! The house is not viewable until then. It’s has tenants occupying it and they don’t appreciate strangers showing up randomly and police will be called if anyone shows up!

This company is very personable and hands on with the properties and tenants. They collect a fee ONLY when the property is rented. They have over 25 years of experience and know what they are doing. It's best to let them do their job and not try to micromanage your properties. I appreciate they are involved with the tenants and actually care. They have taught me that long-term tenants are best and will keep the cash flow coming. I highly recommend their services. Because of their involvement and frequently being in the field, I find texting to be the best form of communication.

Vanguard has been great to work with from an investor side. They have done a good job of keeping our properties full with quality tenants, and have always worked to minimize expenses where possible.

Do not do business with this company. They are very unprofessional. Was waiting over a month for someone to return my calls or even collect the rent. When we finally fired them they had 2 vacancies. Also they charged per unit not %....so they got their money no matter how much money they collected.
