We just wrapped up building our dream home in the HCAD! Brooke was amazing to work with, she was there with us every step of the way! The process was pretty smooth, they kept to the completion dates they gave us when we began the process. They also do this amazing price lock, the price you sign is the price you pay! (With Covid and raising cost this is huge plus!)

An all around unprofessional company. They do none of the work themselves and contract everything out to some of the most incompetent “handymen” I’ve ever seen. I was told they “have experience in building multimillion dollar luxury homes” yet they couldn’t figure out a water softener and installed it wrong but charged me a reverse osmosis system price. They just now called us back for our 1 year drywall “nail pop and crack repair”. At least they were only a little over a year and a half late! While my home was being built it was brought to my attention that the drywall people were smoking in my house. Smoking while framing is one thing, but while installing drywall? Really? They tried to leave us without hooking up the over the range hood so that it could vent out of the house. They used cheap products from fixtures that rust in under a year to carpet that has worn horribly with VERY noticeable seam lines through the center of the room, cabinets with doors that warped almost immediately. When I mentioned the cabinets I was given some run around about having to contact aristokraft(cabinet maker) myself. The motor in the range hood is about as quiet as a gas powered leaf blower. They missed multiple spots while painting inside, additionally used wrong paint finish from what was chosen. They had our island wrong from the blueprint(fixed) and completely forgot to frame in a closet that my wife thankfully noticed before drywall was put up. When I noticed the amount of brick and concrete in the yard I asked if it would be removed and was assured that it would be. They failed to mention my entire property has a building under it with MAYBE 2-3” of dirt on top of it. It makes it impossible to maintain a nice lawn. Or set a fence post as you will see in the pictures. We were lucky enough to find an entire brick wall buried during that project. Do yourself a favor and build your home yourself or hire a homeless guy, I’m sure he could use the money and I’m positive his craftsmanship couldn’t be any worse. I wanted a new home so that I didn’t have a list of things to fix like in a older home but here I am fixing their mistakes. DO NOT BULD WITH THEM, ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK OF A COMPANY.

We do a number of pre closing inspections to locate the typical issues that come up with new construction. Matt and his team respond well and get the items corrected. From roof to the crawl space, we double check so they can ensure they crossed there t's and dotted there I's.

Valerie was amazing and patient with my husband and I as we figured out what we wanted in our home. She gave us ideas for our home, let us know if there might be trouble, and always had a solution to any predicament we came across. Reinbrecht was able to build a wonderful semi-custom home on our undeveloped piece of land (required all new utilities, a well, and septic). Their process was very quick, efficient and clear. They moved at warp speed — breaking ground to moving in was about 6 months. The pricing was very reasonable. Our main contact, Brooke, was extremely helpful and responsive the entire time. Thank you for making this possible!
