The service I received was pretty bad, I was charged a down payment on top of the monthly payment; not only that when calling to cancel my policy three months later, another agent had to help me (which is fine) but when asking for my 'deposit' back she stated with a giggle "Ummm you owe...." It's so nice to be laughed at and then spoken to like an idiot. I'm glad some have gotten great service from this place; but all I know is that I was taken advantage of. I wouldn't have even given the one star; but there's nothing here to be able to do that.

🤬 I just came from classic auto insurance today in Gary, Indiana. There is a woman named Marcia who quoted me $91 with insurance and tow. Over the phone which, I thought was a good deal until the person I spoke to just tried to scam me out of my money. She took my $91 dollars on cash and put it on her credit card, her company business credit card that she said. It only gave me the tow paperwork and not car insurance. I want to put up with that I stayed up there until I got my money back don't trust her because it's a scam. There are others it probably going through the exact same problem 😕

Paid 600 for. A year and don't get a receipt.. pretty big payment not to get one emailed. . LOW AND BEHOLD I have a 2nd 600$ charge from American Freedom on a separate credit card now. HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD BECAUSE OF FRAUDYLEMT CHARGES SO NEED MY MONEY TOMORROW

BIG SHOUTOUT TO-Bernadette,Haley,Dillion, and Amber took time to help me. I caused a mess up and they were super helpful, made sure they got it token care of. They answered all my questions. Classic has the cheapest insurance in town.

It is very reasonable as far as pricing. Very nice and friendly staff. Very cool and helpful. Knowledgeable and you understand exactly what you're getting, which is great how they tell you. Very detailed.

The lady who helped me while getting insurance made me and my son feel very welcomed. She had us in and out in a hurry so we were able to get on with our day. I will definitely recommend this place for insurance needs to others.

I purchased my insurance online right before I left for work and unfortunately got into an accident shortly after. I had called and asked them if I was covered and was told yes. I even placed in another payment but they did not process that payment and expired it after 11 days. When I tried to file the claim for the accident, a different person said I wasn't covered because the time of the processed payment and the time of the accident was at the same time. I didn't like the fact that I was deceived. To say they are ridiculous is an understatement. I recommend moving to an insurance company with 24 hour service, access to file a claim when needed, processed payments, reliable websites, and no wishy washy answers.
