I have a friend who lives there it the middle of summer and she has no AC still and thay up her rent. she was in the hospital for week from emergency surgery. They called had her AC will be their at 9am then at 9am couldn't do it short staff now it 93 outside hotter the hell in the apartment.

I was a tenant when they took over when I first moved in my apartment and everything was excellent. Now I moved back and moved into a different unit and was promised that it was going to be renovated and it was not. It is so uncomfortable living in this unit. I love the area but this unit is physically making me sick

No transparency. Very misleading. They post listings and do not disclose the application fee. They wait until you submit your information to tell you there's a $35 fee per adult to apply.
