I’ve been living in Small farms apts for 2 years now and I love every moment here. From the moment I first reached out to inquire about available units, Miss Tonia was incredibly helpful and professional. She’s always prompt in responding to my questions and provided clear, thorough information about the leasing. She always has a smile on her face. I really appreciate her friendly and approachable demeanor, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

My one bed room apartment itself is perfect for me. It’s very spacious and peaceful. It’s clear that the building is well-maintained, with everyday maintenance and cleaning.There’s also stress-free close parking. I was especially impressed with the apartment she chose for me. Great view from my window of the apt complex water fountain which flows all during the spring, summer and fall.

Overall, my experience has been very positive, and I would definitely recommend Small Farm Apts. to anyone looking for a great place to live. Thanks again to Miss Tonia for making the entire leasing process so seamless and enjoyable and understanding. She does

Iam ready to move some of the residents are so childish and disrespectful Iam very fond of if you don't want it done to you don't do it to me!!! But some people don't follow that out here I mean how do you disrespect someones personal property and think it's cute or grown up and be like don't touch mine🤣🤣I bet they don't have to worry about me doing the childish stuff they do because I'am obviously grown and mature I'm over it looking for a new place to live asap.
