They over charge your account and frame you here don't do it ! They just purposely sent me two bills n one month and my new ppl told me I don't have to pay so it will b sitting right there but yeah they frame you and everything was broken the apartment I was in don't do it !!

They talk to you like you are a slave they are no real help the staff is EXTREMELY RUDE Always mean mugging and not trying to really help if you are looking for a place to help you in your time of need this place definitely is not it… it was one lady name Ms.Cranmer or creamer or I’m not sure how you say it correctly but she should definitely be fired or something she is no help and always want to give attitude when you are just needing help I am a very respectful calm person but the process of trying to move in with them was absolutely terrible and I’m glad I didn’t take the apartment this would have definitely caused depression just the environment is depressing itself they will try to give you the run around and get mad when or if you need help save yourself by going somewhere way better prettier and safer this is hell on earth for sure

I’m giving 0 stars. It’s so many damn roaches it’s ridiculous. If I got $1 for each roach I killed I would be filthy rich. I go through a can of raid every 3 days. They don’t come out for pest control anymore also my door knob has been broken for so long hell I gotta kick in my door to get in. I don’t feel comfortable eating in my house. This isn’t the place to stay permanently. Get yo money and move the HELL OUT. I killed 15 roaches within 5 minutes no exaggeration. I don’t even know want to clean the roaches up because it’s just disgusting and creepy.

I'm currently living here. For starters the office staff is lazy. They also randomly give out lease violations when they're annoyed. I called corporate to inform them of the lease violation as well as an EIV notice that was improperly dated which can result in me paying 800 dollars. Corporate said they'll fix it immediately. When I asked for proof that it was done i.e emailed confirmation they then blocked me. I also put in a transfer paper to be moved to a two bedroom now that my child is older and they "misplaced" it.

These are some of the laziest people they dnt clean like they're suposed to the only time they inspect correctly is when the big bosses are coming my ceiling was leaking it took them 1 entire to year to fix it after i put in a work order 3 times...the staff talls to you like you are beneath them and like you are trash one in particular jackie coleman!!!!! She needs to learn how to talk to people

DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!!!!! THEY OFFICE STAFF ARE LAZY AND THE MAINTENANCE IS JUST AS BAD AND DONT FIX A DARN THING. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH A ROACH INFESTATION SINCE I MOVED IN MY APARTMENT 2 YRS AGO. THE WHOLE BUILDING IS INFESTED. I ASKED TO BE PUT ON THE EXTERMINATION LIST FOR WEEKLY EXTERMINATION AND THEY CAME ONE TIME AND HAVENT BEEN BACK AND THIS WAS BEFORE COVID. THEY PUT NOTICES IN YOUR DOORS WITH DIFFERENT DATES FROM WHEN THEY ACTUALLY GAVE THE NOTICES OUT. MY APARTMENT IS FALLING APART AND I HAVE PUT IN SOOOO MANY PAPERS TO HAVE THEM COME FIX IT AND THEY DONT. THEY ARE DIRTY PEOPLE. U WILL REGRET MOVING THERE. ITS JUST BAD ALL AROUND. HAD I KNOWN THIS I WOULDNT HAVE MOVED THERE NOW I AM CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A NEW PLACE TO STAY. TALKING TO THE GENERAL MANAGER IS WORTH LESS BECAUSE NOTHING STILL GETS DONE. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASEEEE!!!!
