I must say in my past I’ve had landlords who just didn’t care about anything. Just wanted your money without no concerns. I’ve been apart of the caribou home rentals family for going on 10 yrs this year in November. Never have I ever had a problem with ANYTHING. If you want to be apart of a family oriented rentals , then here is where you belong!!!!! Caribou rentals are caring, loving, understanding, and most of all honest. I feel safe!!! Rental properties they have is simply beautiful!!! The best hands down rental agency EVER!!!!!! Come on over to Caribou Rentals I promise you that you won’t regret it!!!!!!

Just moved into the park next door. Didn’t know I couldn’t park in his spaces. I was out at my daughter’s bus stop. Informed in me in an arrogant manner I could not park there and laughed at me

Was in need of immediate housing after a flood. They put me in a house that basement backed up monthly with sewage. When I told them they said just don't use it. Mices began to overtake the property, The property was completely uninhabitable. Then they refuse to let me out of my yearly lease. I just left! Do not rent from this company Disgusting!!

An office full of degenerates! Totally unprofessional, Pam and Michelle, in the office, are two of the most ignorant individuals you’ll ever meet. Horrible rental properties. Properties are dilapidated and rodent infested! They refuse to repair anything. I urge you DO NOT!DO NOT! rent from this company! I urge you to have a city inspector review the property before giving these people your money.

Don't don't don't rent from them they are slum landlords take forever to fix the smallest things very disrespectful towards their tenants looking for another place to move now they will not let me out of my lease they are very very disrespectful........ been in court with them for almost a year now and they do not want to settle and I am not going to settle slumlords messed up all of my things in the house they do not know anything about houses only thing they know is about trailer parts home
