Thanks for communicating as it's unlike you to do so. I have the invoice from you that shows this company name on it. I also have another one that shows SM Smith MD. It is very suspicious that you do have multiple LLC's to hide behind for sure. It is another thing I have informed my attorney about.

Please very careful if you decide to go with this company. I hired Doc 2 months ago to do a project that should have taken 7 days if not less. He was the only contractor that requested money every two days or he wouldn’t show up. That should have been the red flag I needed but since I was in a Jam and Doc appeared to be a good person I made the mistake and gave him the money. He would show up mid day and leave early or wouldn’t show up at all. He lacked experience in this field and it showed, his employees were no better and they did not show they really wanted to be there.

He was hired to sand, and stain a deck. Doc choose to hand sand my deck and wasted nearly 3 days doing so. I told him to get a machine it would be much better after that he was able to finish the sanding within a few hrs. Since then he has painted my deck and it now has 3 different colors. He has used my money to bail himself out of jail, at least that’s what he told us which was Supposed to be used to purchase the railing material needed to replace the rails around my deck and add new rails where we did not have it.

He has not been back ever since. It’s been two weeks and no communication other than him sending me an email saying he is collecting money to purchase the material and he is 50% there.

Deep down Doc is a good person, I feel he was dealing with things that were unfortunate, but I have a project to do and I’m out now nearly $10k and nothing to show for it. He refuses to pay me back and it appears he has left me hi and dry.

Please be careful if you are dealing with this company.
