What good is customer service if there is no one at the station. I don't want to learn Indian so that I can then unlearn it and try to understand the nice lady in Indian tell me how there are no direct phone numbers to the actual bus depot. The bus is running but no one is home. Right. Do they have any humans that work there? I guarantee there are phones there. But everyone except the bus driver, works from home still. Wonderful.

Shot out the cleaning crew who works there! It’s not perfect but it’s still closely located in the Downtown area of Gary.

Honestly sad pretty much nowhere to sit outside as all of the seating is broken, all of the landscaping is overgrown. Sitting inside its humid and nasty, bathrooms are reminiscent of a prison or something holes in walls. Ceilings, etc. The food at the little store surprisingly was delicious that would get 5 stars. The lady checking me in for greyhound was nice. Five stars for that. Everything else just crashed my score.

They never clean the bathrooms, limited parking spots, and no outside access to the platform from the parking lots. One of the most rundown stations, I have been to. It’s unbelievable they want people to come to this station with construction going on.

I got there and the sign said all trains were delayed indefinitely. I waited half an hour for the train and had to take an uber. What good is a train that can't stay on schedule?

The Gary Metro Restaurant located in the Metro Station is a definite place to go! Not only is the service great from the Owner Chu Haro but the food is not only Delicious but absolutely Fresh. Fantastic Burgers, Tacos, Sandwiches even Tamales there is something for everyone. Ask about their Combo Specials, tis the Season order ahead for Pick Up and treat a Friend or Coworker and surprise them with lunch. Give some Hometown love and Support to this Wonderful Local Business and you won't be disappointed and Always greeted with A wonderful Smile. 😃🙋‍♀️

1. Women's bathroom never has soap, tissue or paper towels.

2. Neither elevator work and that very said because you have to climb 2 separate set of stairs for the Southshore Line platform and this location is a Greyhound stop as well. That's very bad for those traveling with large luggage, the elderly, pregnant women and families with small children & strollers. I dont understand why minority communities alway have the worse of everything but the minority people make the majority of the revenue.
