Do not rent from them. They are terrible. I was a renter and had a miserable experience working with their manangement team. They also appear to not keep very good records based on their response.

I started my business in the same year I began renting an office space from CFC Properties back in August 2014. Over our 5 year occupancy in their downtown Once City Center location, we never had any bad experiences; only good ones. The people I came into contact with were always professional and kind. Whether it was a building maintenance specialist, receptionist, or commercial lease consultant, I felt like everyone was authentically engaged during every interaction I had.

We would still be renting from them had it not been to the business relocation to Indianapolis. For what it's worth, during the final walk-through and deposit refund process, I felt that they treated us very fairly.

When it comes to commercial rental properties it can be really hard to find companies that have the right balance of genuine care for tenants AND their properties. In my personal experience, CFC Properties was excellent to have as a commercial landlord.

As a frequent visitor to Fountain Square Mall to do work or grab a bite to eat, I’ve become very aware of my surroundings. To me, having been to other properties owned by CFC, the company does not place accommodating persons with disabilities as a priority. The ONLY public restroom in the entire **building** is small, cramped, and obviously not ADA-accessible. I always have to park my wheelchair outside and haul in my bag. The door is also probably one of the heaviest doors I have to regularly open; my hands and feet aren’t used to pushing such a heavy piece of wood. I also need to mention that Graham Plaza, also owned by CFC Properties, has just ONE restroom with zero space for wheelchairs.

It’s certainly unfortunate there can’t be government officials auditing CFC’s facilities...that’s why I’ve been meaning to write a negative review to directly describe to people the major flaws at Fountain Square Mall and other buildings. Yes I can choose not to spend time there anymore, but I won’t ever be the only wheelchair user who goes into the building and is inconvenienced by lack of restroom accessibility.

I am hoping that through more attention to this issue and greater communication with CFC, the restrooms are eventually changed. I’ll be reaching out to management soon. Hoping for the best!

Understand that this is a large company in a college town that will try to take your security deposit even if you're just a normal resident who takes care of all their things. We kept our apartment clean and cared for and were very shocked to see them take 88% of the deposit. One way or another they'll find ways to take your money. Try not to deal with Tania.
