(My wife and I often would joke that we only scheduled showings because we wanted to hang out with Tina.) I recently sold my father's property in Bloomington. I was concerned on how the process would go as I live in San Diego. Laura was referred to me and I knew as soon as the first phone call, she was the right person to work with! The house was built in the 30's and needed some work! I primarily worked with Laura, but her team was very involved and they all made the process seamless for me, from the beginning, to working with the title company, to close.
