UPDATE!!! 2½ Months into refinancing my house (that I already have through them) and still not getting anywhere. Same old "I'll get an update and call you in a couple hours" or "I'll call you with an update tomorrow." I was advised to not pay my mortgage for the month as it would definitely be closed by then, but here we are, end of the month and now I'm a month behind on my mortgage and Cross Country is threatening to hurt my credit if I don't pay!!! So sick of this absolute joke of a company and will NEVER give them my business again! Beyond fed up!!!

My first time buying my home, they were great. Now that I'm trying to refinance my home they're the complete opposite! They won't return calls, won't respond to emails and lie to my face everytime I walk in their office telling me they'll reach out later that day or the next. Been dealing with these people for a month now and haven't gotten anywhere! Definitely taking my business elsewhere after this ridiculous transaction!
