I wanted to share an important experience for anyone considering a living facility for their parents or loved ones. My father has been a resident at Reflections for 10 years. Recently, due to health issues, he will need to transition to an assisted living facility as medically required.

I reached out to Reflections to discuss his transition, and the manager worked diligently to explore options that could benefit everyone involved. However, the management company showed no willingness to compromise, instead requiring nearly $5,000 to release us from the apartment obligations.

This has been one of the hardest decisions we’ve faced as a family, made even more difficult by the apparent lack of empathy and prioritization of profits over people. I hope sharing this helps others navigate similar situations with better understanding and foresight.

We have a new office manager, her name is Tonya Schneider, I really like her. She is a people person, very friendly, helpful, caring. We also have activities here at reflections, there is something to do each day, except Sunday, some of the activities include chair exercises 3 times a week, we have 2 different Bible studies on 2 different days each week, we have dinner & movie nights 2 times a month, we did have a cook out in June and another one later this summer. Come July I will have lived here for 4 years and it is a great place to live. The residents are friendly, caring and we look out for each other and help out when needed. Tonya is the best manager we have had!

This is not an assisted living place. There are no medical personnel there. You have to be able to live on your own. The apartments are nice. You have the choice of studio, one bedroom, 2 bedroom or a patio , which is like a double house. They are not government housing. It is seniors only 65 or older. My parents have lived there 4 years and love it. There's not much staff. But the residents are the best people you could ever ask for. They look out for each other. It's like a big extended family. I highly recommend Reflections at Bluestone.

This is a beautiful community where my Mother happily lives. Tonya is amazing and takes great care of the residents and property. Highly recommend this community.
