They dont look out for you as a client. I
Had A check issue and this location I chose To receive help from. the bald guy in front office refused a $15 credit when the granger branch honored it and got me $15 credit back. Client Principals are lacking at this location. Jake Alexander (branch manager) Hire someone else ! The bald fellow mentioned is not good for the clients.
Poor Attitude and Not Genuinely looking to help your clients.

I first started my account with an auto loan, and found the experience and customer service to be excellent.
I added both checking and savings accounts, and even help my daughter register an account here.
So far, it is 5-star service.

Poor customer service! There are plenty of better credit union options in the area - Notre Dame, TCU. Walked in and only one teller was working; everyone else was at their desks on their phones. The line had to reach 5 deep before someone decided to help.
Customer service is reactive - it is like they are waiting to see if anyone will complain.

I am a member of your bank and the level of service I received from Diana Bryant was second to no one. She made my loan so effortless it was unbelievable. I refinanced three other loans from another bank because of her outstanding service. She was very attentive and it was easily the best customer service I’ve ever received from not just a bank but anywhere I’ve been. Big thank you!

The drive thru is very slow. I visited today at 12:40 and was waiting 10 min to even be noticed. There was 2 people working in the drive thru and only 3 cars. You would think service would've been pretty fast. But no, the 3erd car left because of the wait and the 2 tellers were helping one person only. I sent my check and card and that was when she noticed me and finish my 2 min transaction.

Their recent system upgrade has been a nightmare. I have a business account that I cannot access online or through any of our connected billing systems for a week. This is completely unacceptable as a business customer.
#UPDATE# Business response was unhelpful. They say to call in, did that waited on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. Even scheduled a call back and never received it. Asking to discuss banking issues over a FB PM is laughable. You would think business accounts would be handled with more care.

The bank is great, the representatives at this location are ready to start an argument instead of asking questions...it 9am and I'm sent in a bad mood because all I wanted to do was opt out of a program, Robby decided to assume my needs and started an argument with me. When I was finally able to get my point across all he could say was "oh".....I do not recommend this branch. Drive the extra 2 miles north and see the granger location.

The customer service is stupid and terrible. We were told a document would be overnighted. It was not and now we wait 7-10 days because a perky twenty something didn't check the right box. Called the 888 number to straighten things out. Put on hold over 15 minutes. Operator was impotent and told me she "didn't appreciate my tone." I work in customer service. That's not how it's done. I would never use this company in the future.
