I contacted Leighton regarding changing my Medicare Supplement on a recommendation from one of his clients & was glad I did. He spent time explaining the different plans, insurance companies, & rates. The result was a considerable savings over my current plan. Thank you Leighton!

Medicare commercials can be so confusing and cause so much doubt. I recently met with Leighton Schmitt (S. ironwood, South Bend) He was so knowledgeable, and even better than that, he was able to explain things to me! He made sure I knew what plans were best for me and why others would not work as well for me personally. He made sure I understood my options. Leighton looks at what kind of meds you take, your future needs, your preferences (pay more now or later and what chances you take by doing either) I found out what may fit well for one person may not be the best choice for someone else! It would benefit anyone to talk to him. Listen to his advice and knowledge. You can always stay with what you have. I had good coverage but he found better coverage that actually saves me money and get better benefits.
And those confusing commercials? Thanks to Leighton, I actually understand them!

Ever since I have been going to Schmitt Insurance, I have had a GREAT experience with everyone there. My rep is Justin and he has always been extremely helpful to me and my husband, Jerry with all of our questions regarding our "navigation" of the always confusing issues regarding health insurance (especially where Medicare is involved). There have been instances where Justin was not available and Leighton has been very kind and helpful in "filling in" for Justin. I can't say enough good things about these two guys....they go above and beyond the in helping anyone navigate the ever confusing health insurance industry! They do an AWESOME job😃!👍👍👍's up to them both!! And I have to also give 👍👍👍's up to Cathy in the office too....she's an added "bonus" to helping me out with questions I may have!!!

Leighton is the best insurance agent I have worked with, and I have worked with many Excellent insurance professionals in my personal and professional life. He recently helped me to switch from an employer high deductible health insurance plan to a Medicare Advantage plan. Leighton explained my options and helped me select a plan that best suits my needs. He made understanding Medicare and the all of the options for coverage easy to understand. When a social security office mistake caused a snag in my approval with what can only be described as a several month comedy of errors, Leighton went above and beyond to provide, not only resolution of the problem but also the best customer service I have ever experienced.
