Why - very simply because I want an insurance agency that knows me - knows my needs - knows what I should be covering - knows how much should be covered with what the limits should be. But also - it’s important to have an AGENT that will help should I need help with an accident, fire, car accident, etc. A good agency will know what to do - how to do it - and when to start helping.
