Sarah was incredibly helpful and efficient. I was in a tough spot and needed their office to send paperwork to the BMV. She got it sent within an hour, and the issue was resolved by the next morning. Rich is great, and it shows throught his very knowledgeable, efficient staff! I've been with Rich for nearly 40 years, since he first started. My first experience with the claim in my motorhome was not very good. So I went back and got with Talia. Oh, what different experience. She paid very close attention to my questions and was beyond helpful. She got right on her computer and took care of everything while I sat there and did it in minutes. She called me and updated me as regularly and took care of it all. I’ve been with State Farm for 45 year’s total and I will say Talia saved a customer hands down. I highly recommend if you have any questions to contact her
