Unprofessional. Tried to go see a property today and felt like my business wasn’t important. Got a call to set an appointment to see a house a couple days ago (8/7/24). Called and confirmed today (8/9) for 4:30pm. I arrive at 4:32pm and wait a couple minutes. I call their office and someone tells me I should see a car with their company name, and if I didn’t then someone would be there shortly. No one shows up and I leave after almost 30 minutes because I have another appointment. I don’t receive a follow up call or anything from the company at all. Take your business elsewhere.

If I could give minus stars I would. I paid a triple deposit 3600 and my credit score is over 730. Me and my sons got sick 2weeks after moving in. House was never cleaned. Animal fecees in the vents, pet hair everywhere and the basement doesn't drain...so no washer or dryer can go down there. Was there a few months then evicted. Property manager lied in court several times and has pretty much harassed me the entire time with city departments such as code enforcement, animal control, police department and tow trucks. There is a current law suit so I will stop there. Please please keep records and pictures of EVERYTHING. Don't believe one word they say

Doesn't fix anything. Refuses to follow any work orders. Tried to charge me for a toilet that was already broke. Terrible customer service experience. Do NOT rent from them. You will regret it

This company does the bare minimum to make sure they get their money meanwhile tenants are left with patched up (not fixed), broken down homes in terrible condition and staff who simply don't care. Unfortunately, they will also lie, before renting about the condition of the home, pests, etc. Wish I'd never rented from them.

Can't say enough bad things about this worthless company. As soon as they bought the apartment complex we lived in, it was all down hill. They don't fix ANYTHING in a timely manner and then when those broken things cause outrageous bills, they won't do anything about it. Also refuse to give security deposites back without any explaination to why. Their employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly reccomend NOT renting with them.
