This is a Horrible Agency .., Run as fast as you can from them … On 9/01, I was involved in a one-car auto accident, sent Email message to Kevin Symons on my 2nd day in hospital asking him to Please get the claims Dept off my butt and please be gentle with me (you see From Day 1, I received Text (not Phone calls) saying “URGENT URGENT UURGENT… We need to know where your car is so we can finalize your Claim… on 9/05/2023@ 8:57 Am, received written notification of Policy # in effect; on 9/92/2023 I received Towing info…so why am I receiving Daily “Urgent, Urgent, urgent” messages from several different, I screamed “leave me alone, talk to Kevin Symons to first one, another, another”They will not let up … even going so far as to “spoff” phones to fool me … and I am in the Hospital, with diodes plastered to my head as they try to determine if I had a seizure or not (still no definitive answer) Day 5 I am released in the afternoon … not 20 minutes after release Another “URGENT, URGENT, URGENT” which read, we need you to sign over the title to Allstate so we can move your car to our lot for farther evaluation”
DO THEY THINK I AM STUPID, SIGN MY TITLE OVER TO ALLSTATE WHEN WE HAVE NOT NEGOTIATED A PRICE ON MY 2012 MERCEDES WITH ONLY 60,000 MILES (LIFE EXPECTANCY = 200,000 MILES + NEW TIRES I HAD INSTALLED (Michelen) just 2 months ago … plus paying $1600 For 60,000
Service (at dealer) on 5/26/2023 … and they have NOT NEGOTIATED A SETTLEMENT PRICE … TO THEM, I AM JUST A POLICY NUMBER, NOT A HUMAN. To DATE, October 3, 2023, I have Heard NOTHING FROM KEVIN SYMONS. HE IS A SORRY …
2days after release from hospital, I walk downstairs to get someone’s Phone Number, on the last step, I step into 4” of a river running thru my home, completely running my first floor of Condo… so Now I have 2 Claims with ALLSTATE, you would think surely my agent would call just to say “ARE YOU Ok?” BUT WHERE IS KEVIN SYMONS? No phone call, NO text, definitely No Flowers, NO ,HE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND; HOWEVER HE HAS A GAL (probably over-Worked, Under-Paid) CALL ME … and I let her have it “WHERE IS KEVIN AND WHY HASN’t HE CALLED” Answer: HE HAS BEEN OUT OF TOWN”. MY REPLY”WELL I HAVE JUST BEEM RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL AFTER A 5 Day “VISIT” SO YOU GO TELL KEVIN THAT … And I hung up!
THE STORY CONTINUES WITH Rainbow Restoration and Mr Rooter, CST Temporary Housing, Uber driver (fraudulent charges on my Debit card, stoped only by FRAUD ALERT flashing on my phone, frozen Debit card, a Taxi driver that strands me after he committed to 4 stops, at 3rd one (post office) he text “how much longer” and “I have to go pick up another client” THEN HE HAS THE NERVE TO COME INTO THE POST OFFICE TO “get his money”. He got it.. I threw it on the floor … and he said the “B” Word! And there is more, but I am too tired to type any loner … In Summary, this HAS BEEN A REALLY BAD NIGHTMARE FROM DAY 1 … IF ONLY KEVIN COULD HAVE CALLED TO SAY “ARE YOU OK”
I AM NOT OK … AND HEADED TO COURT FOR “Elderly Abuse by Insurance Co” (AARP BACKING) OR JUST PLAIN BEING A STUPID, ARROGANT AGENT… THINK HE WILL HAVE AN ALLSTATE AGENCY AFTER ALL THIS (and my letter to ALLSTATE Corporate) ?
