I do NOT recommend insuring through them. Absolutely zero communication on their part. Agent went MIA and it took their office over a month to reach out to me during work hours after I had left countless calls, texts, and even Facebook messages. They only attempted to reached out to me ONE time too, and weeks later at that. I have never experienced that much lack of professionalism especially as a business owner myself. I switched to a MUCH BETTER insurance provider that I can communicate with that is saving me money at the same time. When I went to cancel the policy, the woman I spoke with was being very short and condescending. I could only assume her name must be Karen. As a matter of fact I’ve never been treated like that as a customer for anybody. I don’t normally post reviews but I was so appalled by how the conversation unfolded that I thought I would try to save you some grief from having to deal with them. DO NOT make the same mistake I did.

We had to file a claim due to storm damage this year. A representative came out within a couple days, and we had our check just a couple days after that.
They also called me about bundling my auto with the house insurance and are saving me $*** a year. All-State immediately issued a refund check for the savings for the rest of this year.

Great company to do business with. Very professional and compassionate agents. I highly recommend them!

This is a Horrible Agency .., Run as fast as you can from them … On 9/01, I was involved in a one-car auto accident, sent Email message to Kevin Symons on my 2nd day in hospital asking him to Please get the claims Dept off my butt and please be gentle with me (you see From Day 1, I received Text (not Phone calls) saying “URGENT URGENT UURGENT… We need to know where your car is so we can finalize your Claim… on 9/05/2023@ 8:57 Am, received written notification of Policy # in effect; on 9/92/2023 I received Towing info…so why am I receiving Daily “Urgent, Urgent, urgent” messages from several different, I screamed “leave me alone, talk to Kevin Symons to first one, another, another”They will not let up … even going so far as to “spoff” phones to fool me … and I am in the Hospital, with diodes plastered to my head as they try to determine if I had a seizure or not (still no definitive answer) Day 5 I am released in the afternoon … not 20 minutes after release Another “URGENT, URGENT, URGENT” which read, we need you to sign over the title to Allstate so we can move your car to our lot for farther evaluation”
DO THEY THINK I AM STUPID, SIGN MY TITLE OVER TO ALLSTATE WHEN WE HAVE NOT NEGOTIATED A PRICE ON MY 2012 MERCEDES WITH ONLY 60,000 MILES (LIFE EXPECTANCY = 200,000 MILES + NEW TIRES I HAD INSTALLED (Michelen) just 2 months ago … plus paying $1600 For 60,000
Service (at dealer) on 5/26/2023 … and they have NOT NEGOTIATED A SETTLEMENT PRICE … TO THEM, I AM JUST A POLICY NUMBER, NOT A HUMAN. To DATE, October 3, 2023, I have Heard NOTHING FROM KEVIN SYMONS. HE IS A SORRY …
2days after release from hospital, I walk downstairs to get someone’s Phone Number, on the last step, I step into 4” of a river running thru my home, completely running my first floor of Condo… so Now I have 2 Claims with ALLSTATE, you would think surely my agent would call just to say “ARE YOU Ok?” BUT WHERE IS KEVIN SYMONS? No phone call, NO text, definitely No Flowers, NO ,HE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND; HOWEVER HE HAS A GAL (probably over-Worked, Under-Paid) CALL ME … and I let her have it “WHERE IS KEVIN AND WHY HASN’t HE CALLED” Answer: HE HAS BEEN OUT OF TOWN”. MY REPLY”WELL I HAVE JUST BEEM RELEASED FROM THE HOSPITAL AFTER A 5 Day “VISIT” SO YOU GO TELL KEVIN THAT … And I hung up!
THE STORY CONTINUES WITH Rainbow Restoration and Mr Rooter, CST Temporary Housing, Uber driver (fraudulent charges on my Debit card, stoped only by FRAUD ALERT flashing on my phone, frozen Debit card, a Taxi driver that strands me after he committed to 4 stops, at 3rd one (post office) he text “how much longer” and “I have to go pick up another client” THEN HE HAS THE NERVE TO COME INTO THE POST OFFICE TO “get his money”. He got it.. I threw it on the floor … and he said the “B” Word! And there is more, but I am too tired to type any loner … In Summary, this HAS BEEN A REALLY BAD NIGHTMARE FROM DAY 1 … IF ONLY KEVIN COULD HAVE CALLED TO SAY “ARE YOU OK”
I AM NOT OK … AND HEADED TO COURT FOR “Elderly Abuse by Insurance Co” (AARP BACKING) OR JUST PLAIN BEING A STUPID, ARROGANT AGENT… THINK HE WILL HAVE AN ALLSTATE AGENCY AFTER ALL THIS (and my letter to ALLSTATE Corporate) ?

Went up on my payments drastically after the first year. My sewer backed up into my basement 8/21. The restoration company sent to my home, "Rainbow International" threw items away that I specifically asked them not to. The construction company sent to my home, "BMV REO" gave me a hard time from the beginning. They would make appts to show then would not with no advanced notice. I would ask questions and they would ignore me. They did a good job remodeling but I was told the work was under warranty. Some laminate tiles came alose, they showed up 9/22/22 and told me it was an easy job and they would fix it with no problem. I never heard from them again. I was told by my insurance office, "Kevin Symons" told me to call my claims adjuster. I did the adjuster Khadijah set me up with another company for repairs. As of 11/22/22 the repairs still haven't been made. I said originally to BMV REO I would like for these minor repairs to be completed by the holidays. Thanksgiving is on Thursday and I still haven't heard from anyone.

Price was good but then I was charged with "a claim" when I locked my keys in my car! I have since moved to Triple A for my emergency roadside asst.

My agent didn't do anything for the 3 hour wait for help getting in my car and I ended up walking to a job interview because I was locked out for so long. Moving from Allstate as soon as I can due to poor customer service.

To many people trying to handle by payments xx they took the the money out of savings. Instead of the checking. Third fault xx it bounced xx too many staff members, doing a ONE PERSON JOB XX IM LOOKING fOR A New Agents
