Will Bowers did an outstanding job during the purchase of my house in 2019 and the refinance in 2020. His communication from start to finish during both processes was magnificent, answering all questions that we had and giving us information that we didn’t think about. From the time the contract was accepted to cleared to close was 12 business days. During the refinance Will was just as accommodating while finding the lowest rate possible. I would recommend Will to anyone looking to buy/refinance without hesitation.

Will Bowers was extremely efficient and professional in preparing my refinance documents. The process of getting an extremely low interest rate as well as answering any of my technical questions throughout the process was handled in a very expedited manner. If I were to refinance again I would definitely repeat the process with Select Mortgage Advisors as I know Will and his team will treat me like family.
