I have been using this branch for approximately 8 months and have always had Brooke as my teller. She has a great personality, is very accommodating and easy to work with. She's very professional and appears to have vast knowledge of her position. Always makes my twice-a-week visits VERY PLEASANT!

The organization that I work for has been a customer of this branch since 2016. It is nice to make weekly deposits and be greeted with friendly and professional service every week. Knowing that when you walk in the door you will get a warm and friendly greeting from Peggy, Brooke or Maggie which is then followed with exceptional service. Whether you go in person or contact them by phone you always have the peace of mind that your questions will be answered and your banking needs taken care of.

Excellent great Customer service and personnel are exceptional in their relationship with Customers.

The Branch Manager, Peggy is the one major reason I’ll keep banking with BCT. She’s ever willing to help, guide and assist explain things to one’s understanding in simple terms. She’s truly amazing with great human relations skills.
