Awful company. I have emailed and called to discuss the budget but no one responds. All the lights were out on the 32nd st exit. The grass looks awful. They give ridiculous quotes for everything and keep raising monthly dues despite homeowners voting no. Next house will not have an HOA to deal with. (Photo is showing how great the management company does enforcing rules.)

I will yell it from the roof tops as long as I can to make to sure Oasis doesn't get any more business. They are an absolute horror to work with. Prior to joining the board, asking for documents was met with attitude and extremely prolonged waiting periods. Upon joining the board, asking for materials and working with Oasis was even worse. Being told to " consider practicing human kindness" when I was told we could receive documents, that later we never got because the office staff was sick. I would have no way of knowing if your office is sick, and all of our documents should be saved to where they are easily accessible. We were told it would take some time to compile our contract. We have asked for contract for months and Oasis is conitually ignoring and not in compliance with ARS. We still have not received the documents over 6 weeks later. Oasis has been rude, demeaning and unprofessional. We had a meeting last night where both Marys were in attendance and refused to leave the call after the entire community asked. Once we were just about to vote on the new management Mary cancelled the entire call. Fortunately here childish behavior was a great last testament to why were are moving on without them. They have lied about documents and lied to the community. We have waited over a year for certain bids that I was able to obtain in less than a week on my own. Amazing how a few calls to the city can shine a bright light on others incompetencies.

Absolute joke of a management company.
Both board members and homeowners have been requesting documents from oasis for months now, nothing has been provided. The manager Mary, is extremely rude and incompetent. She came to the annual meeting of members with no materials, didn’t greet a single owner or board member, and talked down on everyone the entire time. Which was almost comical with her lack of understanding ARS and management.
We decided to terminate Oasis as the community management and asked oasis to remove themselves from the call so we could discuss the new options of management. Mary, the owner of Oasis, wouldn’t remove herself from the call even when all board members and members present in the meeting asked her to. She stayed on the call as we discussed her replacement, upon selecting a new company Mary immediately terminated the call for the entire HOA. Like, really You own this company and act like this, no wonder your office staff and managers are so unprofessional and uniformed. Mary the owner should be ashamed of the way she acted.

Happy Hollidays!!!

I have had the pleasure of dealing directly with Abby and Vivian, and they are absolutely wonderful humans who have helped me disentangle my HOA dues, which we all know can be very confusing! The ladies deserve 100% and 5 stars!

The reason for the four stars is that while Abby is amazing, accounting and specifically Patty took three months and two inquiries to respond to our billing question. I am assuming that in Patty’s mind, the statements are clear! Well, I was very confused and while everyone tried to help… she not only never reached out to me, also denied waving part of my late fees. I am not bitter about the fees. Oases has waived many fees for me before plus fees are very low.! The principle is the problem! Patty FYI (and you know who you are) you are paid to help people like me!

Overall, I am above pleased with this company and their service!

PS. My apologies for butchering your names.

Happy Holidays!!!

Abbie was absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was patient, understanding and so kind. A literal Godsend for an unfortunate situation I had gotten myself into.

I purchased a condo recently managed by Oasis. I have only been billed twice but both invoices were for more than double what I owed. Rep was very rude on the phone (said her name was Mary Hernandez) and threatened not to assist me. Stay away from this company!

More than two years after leaving this horrendous company behind our community is still dealing with fallout from their poor management. They did not keep up with our financials, they did not respond to repeated request for financials and vendor lists when we switched companies and recently sent over a bill that’s TWO YEARS OLD. Their lack of oversight left our community in a financial mess. Mary Hernandez and her team should NOT be allowed to manage properties. BEWARE!!!!
