Straight up slumlords! Don't rent units on 1211 Broadwater Ave. Neighbors are great. B.P. could care less about maintaining their property or having any concern for the safety of their tenants. The response time to fix anything is horrendous. All they care about is your rent check and nothing else. This is coming from a tenant who has rented from them for years. Not worth it.

BP does'nt even know who the Property owners are. The ladies in the office are clueless and could care less about maintenance requests. Horrible communication. it took over 4 months to get screens installed. I had to threaten to with hold my rent for a response. After renting from them for over 4 years just throwing money at them you would think you could get some respect.

Been awhile since I had a rental property managed by these people but I never left a review, so here it is.

Me and my brother moved into an apartment, they said they still needed to replace the carpet and linoleum and paint the walls in a couple weeks. So I took pictures of every mark on the wall, the floors everything.

They promised to get those fixed within 6 months of moving in. I lived there 5 years and they never touched any of that.

The doorknobs were always breaking every 6 months and the maintenance guy would only use old doorknobs and scavenge parts to fix the door. So every 6 months the doorknobs had to be fixed. Idk about you but I don't like people in my personal space when I'm not there.

I offered to buy new locks and have them keyed or even give them the original keys but they said no.

Our ceiling fell in one day and it took 2 months for the guy to patch it and 6 or 7 months before the company did anything to get it actually fixed.

When I moved out a couple years later they tried saying I still owed them $850 for repairs. We paid that much for the deposit, I deep cleaned the apartment so it was practically like it was when I moved in.

Of course I disputed it and they said there was damage to linoleum and carpet and walls... everything they said they'd fix.

Don't ever do business with these crooks.

Stay away from this property management. They are not very good at their job. They only care what make their job easy and help the owners of property make more money . They don’t care about the renter. Rent keep interesting every 6 months. $240 increase in a year for my place. If things broken in the house, it takes them 3-4 weeks to send maintenance to fix it. I had better experience with Rainbow Property.

100% disregard the first review I posted regarding this company. DO NOT waste your time or money. Slumlords amongst other things I won't put into words. If you want to be misled, manipulated, and maliciously removed from your home without proper due process, given only 2 days to remove all your properties, and screamed at when you attempt to civilly have a conversation with management regarding the entire situation go for it. You are most likely going to be met with extreme disrespect and bold face untruths. Roach infestation at 2141 burnstead dr location that is still not irradiated. Irrigation floods property every summer and they do nothing to remedy the damages. Security cameras are a joke, and even though your safety should be important, they have shootings, cars blown up in driveways, and cars broken into and destroyed on a regular basis. If you want a place to take your money, but do absolutely no upkeep on their units, these are your guys! I stand on every word in this review. CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION!

I’m so grateful to finally be done with this company. From the very beginning, it felt like pulling teeth to get anything done with them. We should have known when the guy showing us the apartment was fourth minutes late to the showing and didn’t apologize.

We were promised a hookup in the communal laundry for our washer, then spent several weeks attempting to contact them only for them to tell us “it is what it is” and to wait for someone to maybe move out of the four plex. Eventually we were able to get them to add a 3 dollar fitting to let us wash our clothes after we showed them proof they had said we would have use of our washer.

A few months into our stay, the bathroom that was so poorly ventilated that the paint continuously peeled from the ceiling due to moisture had a rot issue in the frame of the medicine cabinet. The entire mirror/door fell from its hinges and has I not caught it, the room would have been filled with broken glass. It took several weeks to finally get someone out to fix the issue.

Into the summer, there was a rodent problem and we informed them and set traps. We caught several mice and found out that they had nested in the fiberglass filling of our stove. They refused to replace the filling or stove, even with kids with respiratory issues living in the home. Only after we emailed them with Montana law regarding tenants rights in regard to safe living spaces did they flip their rude, confrontational attitude to bend over backward to replace the stove. This process took over a month disallowing use of the stove the entire time.

Now having left the property, having left it cleaner than it was rented to us by far, they have insulted us a final time with no deposit return and a bill for the missing carbon monoxide detector that never existed.

There are no excuses for the absolute ineptitude and scummy practices this company operates under. I have never had a worse experience with a management company and I am truly upset that a Montana business allows itself to behave this way. Luckily our family has been able to move to a better home under competent and reasonable management.

I greatly hope that they’re able to read this and be honest with themselves, reflect, and change for the better. Until then I hope anyone looking for a rental agency will stick with the better options, like living in a car or blowing up an air mattress under their desk at work.

Awful Crooks.
My client who is a single disabled mom applied here. They took her 40 application fee and 800 deposit and never gave her an apt.
I have been calling to try to remedy and the Crooks won't answer.
I am reporting them for harvesting application fees.

By far the worst agency I’ve ever rented from. When I first moved in I had to wait three months for a washer and dryer hook up to be installed, them to replace the oven soaked in rodent urine and replace the vanity that literally fell off the wall the first week I moved in. When I filed maintenance requests for all of these to be replaced/fixed I was told I was never guaranteed livable conditions.
Now that my lease is finally over they’re charging me for things that were broken when I moved in. Including carbon monoxide detector, which wasn’t the property I rented.
Good riddance.
