Tegeler & Associates failed to tell me of a claim that was originally settled at 0%, then went to arbitration, then paid out 100%. NEVER INFORMED ME. When asked for an explanation to why my policy rate increased, no one would give me a straight answer. When asked for the documentation that I should have received 6 months prior, when the payout occurred, the girls in the office were short with me and rude. I found out through a different insurance company when I was looking for lower rates. Found lower rates everywhere with the same coverage! THEN, once I was trying to canceled, they didn't want to accept the cancellation form my husband and I signed because I marked on it that the policy was being canceled on "client's request", as if they wanted to write in whatever would suit them best. AVOID THIS PLACE!!
