Mike and his team were not only extremely professional they were more importantly (to me) genuine, enthusiastic and so very helpful throughout every step of the loan process. This has been literly the WORST experience with getting follow up...something that would take a couple of days...going into 45 days..and still NO clearity or results.
Disappointed isn't strong enough for the lack of follow through.

I really appreciate working with Mike Morgan and his team on refinancing my home. They are very informative, professional, responsive, and organized. Due to Covid-19 issues I had to work with Mike online and I'm quite surprise how smooth and seamless the entire process had been. Working with Mike Omie and his team is hands down one of the best decisions I could have made. They take the time to get to know and your situation. With other lenders I felt it was very transactional, but with Mike it was different and he had our best interest in mind.
