I hired A-1 specifically Dianna to sell my commercial property and I had nothing but a horrible experience. She spent no time or effort marketing the property and her communication was horrible. When it came to my contract ending she was always about talking me into renewing another few months. Also when it finally came to the buyers wanting to make an offer Dianna was very unprofessional and downright rude on our side because all she cared about was her sale and commission. She tried to be sneaky every chance she got. She only cared about the best interest of the buyers and was not there for us although we paid her commission. Also Dianna and really everyone at A-1 was very uneducated in selling a commercial Bar/Restaurant and honestly new nothing about how to list the equipment and inventory and also the liquor license was another run around with them because they simply don’t have the experience in this type of sell. I will never use A-1 again and I highly discourage any commercial seller to stay clear if you want any good results.

I used this company to try and sell my property. I specifically went with realtor Jim Perino. He continuously said he would be in contact with us regarding showings, possible buyers, etc. He never followed up with us, said he would contact me and never did repeatedly. He falsely lead us on with having potential buyers for the property. Who would just randomly disappear. He put little effort into trying to market/sell our property. I brought these matters of poor communication and experience with this realtor to the companies owner shawnda. She didn't even acknowledge my concerns over this. I do not recommend using this realty company at all.

My wife and I chose this agency to buy our first home because one of my co worker’s wives is a realtor here. What a mistake. Vera showed us houses long enough to figure out what one we we’re interested in then she went and talked to the seller to pick up the listing that had run out with a different realtor shortly before which made her the sellers realtor not ours. Us being first time buyers did not see how this would be a problem. When push came to shove not only was Vera not helping us through the process but she was literally fighting against us almost the whole time. We ended up having to get a new realtor from Ramsey Real Estate to sort this whole mess out along with getting the owner of A-1 involved. At the end of the day I think the owner of A-1 is a good person but as long as she has shady people working for her like Vera I will stand by my decision of the one star review.

Absolute crooks, go through remax or literally anyone else! This place is terrible and I’m not surprised at how many other bad reviews they have! Terrible communication, laziness and greed.
