I've been doing all of my business and personal insurance with Charline Espinoza’s State Farm Agency in Hermosa Beach. She was referred by a client of mine. Now, being a client for 10 years, I have had wonderful experiences working with Charline’s team.
We had a few traffic accidents between my business and personal vehicles over the years. They follow- up making sure my claim process was smooth as possible. I felt at ease knowing I had Charline’s team behind me.
The team made sure I am adequately covered and walked me through various coverage options. We have the good fortune having the lovely, talented, and effervescent Brenda Hidalgo and Jaqueria Demby who both raised the service level from basic to excellent. We've done business in person and over the phone, and they are always timely , knowledgeable, patient and understanding.
If you understand the value of having an insurance agent, Charline Espinoza agency is your match. I will say State Farm isn’t the cheapest. However the peace of mind having amazing customer service is definitely worth it. And they alway try to bundle to make sure you save. Thank you so much Charline - Derek and Ana.

I came in trying to save some money on my insurance and Nick V. was great. I didn’t know too much about what kind of coverage I should have or didn’t have on my current policy and he explained everything thoroughly. We actually ended up bundling both auto and home. I would like to Thank the State Farm Hermosa Beach team for providing wonderful service. I was initially just looking to insure my business in Manhattan Beach. I ended up switching all my policies because not only did they beat my former broker's prices, they also took the time to walk through all my coverage. I was referred by my real estate agent.
