We had a great experience here. There was a bit of a line/wait, be we came at 10:30am so that is probably a busy time. Next time I would come as they open. All the staff were nice and helpful. We got our international drivers permit and Ron was great !

I am extremely satisfied with the best service I have ever had at the Triple-A, Manhattan Beach, California. Kudos to their Branch Member Specialist Ms Yvonne. Ms Yvonne is definitely an asset to Triple-A.

Today I came in to change my Arizona registration to California, the Lady who helped me Lyric (I know I'm spelling it wrong) was amazing and Absolutely so patient with me. I thought this was going to take so long and it didn't take long at all. Every single person who came in was greeted and helped within seconds of walking through the door. I really appreciate all her help with everything!

It was around mid-afternoon on November 15, 2024. I entered to be greeted by the worse and rudest B I have ever experienced, at this place. People in the past were friendly, smiling, and happy to help you. Not that day. Hiring standards have gone down the tubes - from AAA to FFF.

This place was horrible with service.
I tried to get a copy of a transaction I had paid in cash to show the dmv for refund and they say they can not give me one there system doesn't do that at the check in counter.
Get to the back they are able to print one and they say they can not give me that copy cause they are not allow to cause the dmv chargers for that but I can go into the dmv and get it and have to pay for it.
So head the warning they are all not trained the same way, different types of stories, save your receipts so you do not run into the problem I have. This was to prevent me having to go to the dmv cause they offer regerstration services but that can be missed leading.
Pay the fee for membership but get screwed over.
By the way I'm a planner I called about four times get transferred to a call center then to this branch to ask before I make the drive left a message never got a call back.

Citlali and Ron was great!
They figure out some solution for me that I couldn’t get in other locution.
They also was super nice and helpful and ask me always. If there is anything that I need to get help with.
