That’s how I would spell Josh’s name using NATO phonetics. I’ll be brutally honest, we looked at buying a home as being a stressful and scary process, and after being shown undesirable homes we were ready to give up. But by chance we found a house that hadn’t been listed yet, then a random Tik-Tok ad led us to the Mortgagenator, aka Josh Roman, and the rest was history. During the process he was always available to provide his opinion/advice on all of our questions; he was always willing to explain the misunderstood; he remained personable/professional during the most stressful of times; and he was able to ease our stress by way of compassion and reliable information. Through and through, Josh helped us into a ridiculously spacious home that is in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood; following his expertise we were able to get the deal closed. And the kicker? Our home gained $5k in equity before closing.

So, if you’re thinking about buying a home, then I’ll share with you my parting thought: with the dropping mortgage rates come more buyers and increasing prices.
