Well… what can I say. Without boring everyone with the details I had a unique situation and a time sensitive need for an insurance policy. My usual State Farm agent was closed and the corporate customer service couldn’t help me with my needs. I googled to find a local State Farm agent to see if anyone at all could help me, if I’m honest it was a last ditch attempt and I wasn’t hopeful of having my needs met after 2 hrs on the phone with State Farm corporate and no joy. But then along came Carol, I knocked on the door of her office and she greeted me with a warm smile, listen to my situations and whilst she wasn’t initially sure if she could help she said she’d try and see what she could do. Her service and attitude could not have been better, after several phone calls, computer systems etc etc she worked it out and got me what I needed. It’s rare these days to find such amazing service and customer care. I would recommend Carol to anyone with an insurance need, this was my first interaction with Carol but I’m am positive it will not be my last. Thank you Carol
