The point of an agent is to help service your policy. Which is pointless when you do the servicing yourself. No one picks up the phone nor responds to emails. Their voicemail then says you can use their "partner" companies self-service portals which is what I had to do to make changes to my Auto policy. They don't deserve the free commission they're making off my policies for doing zero work.

This is the best company and Laurena Carlson is so experienced and efficient. I was able to get all my insurance needs done in such a quick and timely manner. On top of that my quotes and premiums were so much less then what I had been paying. My daughter had been canceled from our policy and the quotes they gave me for her were so expensive I didn't think she would be able to afford insurance for her car. Laurena from Seashore Insurance got me a quote, less then what we were paying before they cancelled my daughter. I now have all my insurance policies in one place and someone always available to help and assist me if the need arises. The best is we are paying less! Thank you again.
