I have had a great experience with State Farm-Jeff Lowe. Every person I have had a conversation with has been very supportive, helpful and kind. I’m seriously shocked by these good reviews! My accounts (3 property insurance policies) went to Jeff’s office when my agent retired. When I needed to update the additional insured on all three policies it took FIVE phone calls or emails to get it right. Other questions were not properly addressed and emails not returned. When I realized I would never get competent service, I canceled two policies. They canceled one “twice” and never canceled the second as requested. I’m currently shopping provider for the third. I can’t trust this agent/office and can’t get out fast enough!

It's relaxing know that State Farm has an easy customer service to work with. Calls are not just robots or hit this button and hit this button. State Farm makes it relaxing when you are paying a bill or claim. The price always has be perfect for my needs and even when ever thing goes up. State Farm doesn't raise it much. It still workable in my pay rang. Looking forward to adding motorcycle insurance very soon.
