The Mac Mortgage Team at Guaranteed Rate was just awesome during the whole process of buying a house. We started looking in April 2021 and finally closed in January 2022. Throughout this whole time, Merica and the Mac Mortgage Team was extremely helpful and really made everything incredibly easy and stress free for us. The best and I would tell everyone to use. Wanted to buy a place bell canyon, and Wells Fargo chase all those denied me never gave me a loan. They’d lead me on for weeks to tell me I can’t do it. Merica helped me the most she would call and make sure I was taken care of. Sent the letters to the agent and organized my income from tax stuff and got me the loan. Ended up buying in calabasas a better home.

A lot of times it’s stressful dealing with this stuff I’m not any good with it but they made it so easy for me and helped me a ton.

Using them now for investment purchase again and we are approved 🙂

They got me a great loan when other places couldn’t get me any loan. I was treated very well and the people here actually care about getting you a good loan, especially Ron and Merica. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful and without them I would not be a homeowner.
