Our lender, Jonathan JJ Jerotz, went above and beyond to help us find the best loan to suit our needs. He took time to explain the entire process and answered every question we had along the way (and there were a lot of questions). JJ's communication with us, realtors, and everyone involved was amazing. We were able to contact him easily and he never made us feel like an inconvenience as other lenders had made us feel. JJ was recommended to us by family, but I know we'll use him again in the future and I will recommend him to everyone I know from here on out.

Jonathan JJ Jerotz handled my clients loan with efficiency and great patience, as my client was a first time home buyer who knew nothing about the process. He took the time to walk him through the steps and was very communicative with me through out the process. It is critical in our industry that the lender understand the importance of time lines in the purchase contract and to work diligently to meet those deadlines. JJ was superb and I will use him again and recommend that you do as well.

Never been treated so poorly by any loan manager than JJ Jerotz. Run, don’t walk, away from this agency. Unless your financing a multimillion dollar home, your not worth this companies time. Their poor understanding of financials, coupled with condescending area managers, and terrible communication, meant lost time, higher rates. I would recommend anyone, literally anyone else, than JJ. Was able to get a loan within days after wasting and chasing down JJ for two weeks.

Ron Blessey is the only person to entrust your financing or refinancing to. I tried two other companies prior to turning to Ron and wasted not only money, but a tremendous amount of time. Don’t fool around with these new “streamlined” groups online. Spare yourself- Ron is personable and professional. He’s always there to answer any concerns and sees that everything is handled as it should be. Perfect, truly. I can’t recommend highly enough.
