I spoke to Jonathan today about health insurance. Jonathan was very helpful, and patient. He presented me with different options, and walked me through each of the options. He took time to explain the good and not so good of each plan. We talked for over an hour, and never felt pressure to make a decision on the spot. This is the type of insurance broker I was looking for, but did not think I would find. I will give Jonathan my business, when we make a decision. Thank you!

Over the years I have talked to many different professional insurance agents, but I have never felt that anyone provided the professional expertise that Jonathan did. For the first time I didn't question whether I had made the right decision. This is my 4th change since I enrolled in Medicare, and I never felt really good about the decision. I was promised that the agent would be available going forward to help with any questions or concerns I might have. So I went with their suggestions, and except for my decision to change from WellCare to Aetna, but had to give up when I bought my home in a different county. I was never happy until I selected Aetna. I was very distrubed when I learned I had to find another plan. Then I was pointed to Cigna, which I thought would be good, but I was totally disappointed in them from the start. However, this time talking to Jonathan, I felt I was talking to someone who has a genuine interest in providing the best service possible. He listen to everything I said, he provided the right option, because he really listened, and never rushed me into making my decision. This young man is real, and as a nurse who has traveled for over 30 years across this country, coming across a lot of professionals, and just plain folks. I feel it is rare to have someone like Jonathan, take the time to help us older folks. His mother is a very proud lady, as she knows she raised a true caring young man. Thank you for hiring this young man, and I KNOW he will be one of your most productive agents ever! I'm truly happy with my new Medicare Advantage plan, and the best ever insurance agent, with a caring heart!

I am pleased to have this opportunity to write a review for Jonathan Ison. A few years back, my older sister recommended I chat with Jonathan prior to reaching age 65 and being qualified for Medicare and also needing a supplement. My sister had a very positive experience working with Jonathan and recommended I contact him. Needless to say, she was totally right. I did contact Jason and after several follow-up telephone conversations Jason was able to recommend the exact policy for my situation. Some two years later, I could not be more pleased, not only with the outstanding personal service provided by Jason, but also by the great policy he recommended. In turn, I too have recommended Jason to many of my friends. The feed back from them has been just the same: great personal service and a great product.

Seems each time I talk with Jason, we get to know each other better. I have come to really appreciate his honesty, friendship and knowledge of his products.
