Michael was amazing- responded right away. We had a flood at our house and they helped us get into a dream summer home quickly. He and Josh and their team had great communication the whole time. Very accomodating. There were some issues at the property but I told Michael that we are not perfect either so we understand when things happen and are out of their control. We will forever be grateful for such an amazing summer! It is so nice to work with such nice, good people! They do an amazing job- I would recommend to everyone!

Our family was blessed to stay in a beach rental hosted by Josh's company last summer. the house was so perfect for beach fun and enjoyment! more importantly, we had a couple special requests and josh personally delivered the items we needed early the next AM. Thankful and looking forward to staying at one of their properties again.

Our house has a mother-in-law suite that we never utilized to its potential. We were referred to Josh; who came in and showed us a plan to make far more rent than we thought we could with far more flexibility than a yearly lease would give us. We ended up only taking 1 renter, but those 9 months were exactly what we needed through the pandemic.

Josh and his group managed my hillside home in laguna for a couple years. Their team was always quick to respond and they surprised me, as well as some of my neighbors, with how much a little 3 bed bungalow like mine could get for a few months $$. I wish them the best of luck.

Josh spent time with us when we werent sure what to do with our home. We have resisted vacation rentals for years. And the amount he was able to get us with guests from insurance have been astounding.

Really great team. the cleaners and the handyman have had to come in twice but they are so friendly and i always feel my time has been respected during my stay.
