Don't recommend being a tenant at one of their properties. We were good tenants the entire time, always paid on time, never really asked for anything and took care of minor things on our own, no major damage, and tried our best to leave on a good note but they're greedy and will find any excuse not to give you your entire deposit back. We did multiple walk-throughs with them throughout the years and before we moved out to get ahead of anything we may need to fix in order to get our full deposit back. The only feedback we received was things looked good even though they ended up charging us for things on our deposit that they should have easily noticed during the walk-through and could've brought to our attention beforehand but didn't. I would advise to stay clear. They also hardly ever send real professionals when you have an issue. They've sent the landlords "handy man" for plumbing issues, door locks and even initially sent him when there was a bee infestation downstairs before they realized the situation needed a professional which ended up wasting time living with these bees. Also, some of the charges they kept our deposit for included fixing a rip in a step on the exterior staircase (which had been there before we even moved in btw and got worse over time with wear and tear. They also should've noticed this on all our walk-throughs but chose to charge us for it) To this day, it not been fixed even though we moved out 3 months ago. You can still see the hole very visibly in the staircase. It was just one of the ways they could keep as much of the deposit as they could. They're going to say we left the apartment a mess and yes, it's hard to clean every little thing after four years somewhere, but we did our best. (wasn't enough) Even though I'm sure they've seen things in much worse condition. It also did not warrant the amount of money they kept from our deposit. The guy who was our property manager was rude in the end and apparently, he moved into our old unit right after we left with his dogs even though they have a "no pet" policy. Rules for thee, but not for me. Also, they will try to raise your rent 10% every single year. So, if you're applying for the expensive apartment on Concourse in Montebello, be careful with your lousy property manager being your neighbor and living right above you.

Absolute worst property management company. They bought the building I live in at 530 s Kingsley a few months ago and it’s been a terrible experience living here since. Major flooding, nobody to contact and haven’t gotten any response to an email, call or text message. Moving as soon as I can.
