I think the folks at the Ukiah Food Bank do a great job! They may not always have a lot of power over what, & the quantities of what, the local private stores and businesses donations are. They do a wonderful job of distributing the supplies they receive, from local businesses and farmers, and from Redwood Food Bank. The facility is clean, well laid out, and the volunteers and staff are friendly, efficient, and very considerate. I am so very grateful for this food bank.

It's a food bank so don't expect the world. Some days are a big help, others not so much. They will hand you obviously rotten, rancid, moldy, death produce, so beware the last part of the line before the bread.

Love the staff. very welcoming vibe and great consiteration of every individual person from what i expieranced. Friday produce is fantastic lots of fruit great resource for healthy food.

Perfect if your in a tight spot this month or even 2 times a month. Just to knock the cost of food down. Fresh fridays is the day to get there. Bring your own bags or box. Bring back your grocery bags from the other stores, they will gladly take them. Tons of oranges and apples rejects but there are good ones in there. Search for them.
