I stay at eaves apartment and I am genuinely impressed by the receptionist Rashmi. She is kind and professional lady. Whenever I have problem about the apartment or something about apartment online she always greets me warmly, explains everything clearly. She is a very nice person. She takes her pride in her role, and it’s really nice to live here.

Rashmi was so helpful to me. I left my phone and she was so nice that she kept the phone with her safely and returned it back to me. Very nice customer service. Always talks nicely to me whenever I go to leasing office.

Rashmi is really helpful and nice. She helps us a lot and she is very sweet. When we goes to office for anything, she greet us really nicely. We had some problems with the keys, when we went to her she helped us right away,but when we went to the receptionist before Rashmi she didn’t helped us. She is really sweeter and nice.

I was skeptical about Eaves Apartment at first as it looked old. But the community manager did a great job in maintaining this property.

Move in process: I appreciate Rashmi Kanan’s assistance with the move-in process at Eaves Union City apartment. Her support and dedication made the transition seamless and stress-free.

Also, the apartment is of descent size, there are also some units that are newly painted with new carpet flooring. We look forward to our experience living here.

I just moved into this new place with my husband. Such a lovely community which would have not been possible without a great maintenance team and community manager.

Jose is great. He has been doing fantastic job with maintenance. Not only the things are fixed but they are done with new parts and in quick time.
