Worst costumer service from tony which is surprising to me seeing that has good reviews from other clients but from years ago so i was surprised how very unprofessional he was with me . I had to call 2 times because the first time i called he made so many excuses on why he wasn’t able to help me on getting my vehicle insurance .Then randomly placed me on hold and never picked up again so had to call him again and now proceeded to tell me that i couldn’t get insurance with them unless i got insurance for my house aswell. So i have to get 2 kinds of insurance to be able to get insurance with them but that wasn’t the problem the problem was he made so many excuses on how he couldn’t help me . How are you sappouse to get clients like that ? worst experience i’ve had so far with all state .

I just want to Thank Tony Huey for all he has done for me as my Insurance agent at Allstate within these Last couple of years. I have been faced with many financial difficulties and him as well as his staff has helped me. When I couldn't pay my insurance on time, he made sure I still had my auto insurance.
