Just did 2018 file tax, still no complaint as of feb 2019. Due to our commute, we were late, however, they were so nice to accomodate us so thank you very much!! Commuting from a far to do our taxes here is worth it and the fact it's just once/year.

They have a very small office. And yes people nothing is free nowadays. However, H&K know their stuff and Imho are not greedy folks like the corporates. They tell you exactly what are the rules and do not blind side you. H&K are very resourceful and patient. Plus their fees (short form and long form) are very reasonable.

Talk about husband and wife duo! Very happy with these two, they have been very successful from their humble beginnings.

They've been taking care of me in ages plus all faily members and friends that were referred to them have been satisfied.

I had an appointment at 11:30am and I got here around 11:15am. Then I didn't get seen for 30 minutes not until 12pm when my original appointment was 11:30am. For me common sense is there is no point of appointments if they are going to be 30 minutes later than the appointment they supposedly scheduled.
First off waist of my time. Secondly, they DO NOT GIVE FREE QUOTES BEFORE YOU SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
The cherry on top was when I got my quote, it was more than expected $120-$135 just because of two additional papers to be filed for just one person that was Karyn's reason And the person who referred me had two persons taxes done for $100. To me that seems all they care about is to make money and nothing else.
I live 30 minutes away from this area so everything, the driving, the false promise with scheduling to be seen, and the over priced quote was all a waste of my time.
Never going back.

There is a guy named Hank who works for this cpany and he helped me file my taxes. I had a tax preparer I was with prior to him for 10+ years and she recently messed up my taxes last year. I told Hank about it and he told me he would take good care of me and that he did he went over everything he inputted in the system for me and did an awesome job. Will be coming back to him from now on
